Software license
Section titled “Software license”fialr is proprietary software. All rights reserved. Use of fialr requires a valid license purchased from fialr.com.
The software is provided as compiled binaries. No source code is distributed. Decompilation, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the software is prohibited.
License terms
Section titled “License terms”A fialr license grants the purchaser:
- Perpetual use of the major version purchased (e.g., 1.x)
- All minor and patch updates within that major version at no additional cost
- Activation on up to 3 machines owned by the licensee
- Use for personal or commercial purposes
A license does not grant:
- Access to future major versions (e.g., 2.0 requires a new license)
- The right to sublicense, resell, or transfer the license
- Access to source code
Documentation license
Section titled “Documentation license”The documentation on this site is provided for reference. You may link to any page. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the documentation without permission.
Trademarks
Section titled “Trademarks”fialr and the fialr mark are unregistered trademarks. Use of the name or mark to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission is prohibited.
