A fialr license grants the purchaser:

  • Perpetual use of the major version purchased (e.g., 1.x)
  • All minor and patch updates within that major version at no additional cost
  • Activation on up to 3 machines owned by the licensee
  • Use for personal or commercial purposes

A license does not grant:

  • Access to future major versions (e.g., 2.0 requires a new license)
  • The right to sublicense, resell, or transfer the license
  • Access to source code
